Q1: What's Snuz returns policy?
You have 30 days to cancel your order under their 30 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item*. Just make sure any goods are returned with proof of purchase, in new and unused condition and if possible the original packaging, unless faulty**
*Excludes: gift vouchers and opened mattresses.

Free UK Returns
Returns from UK addresses are FREE. To make a return, please email [email protected] or call 0800 145 6536, with your proof of purchase to receive your returns number and returns label. Returns from outside the UK will still require a returns number and are to be paid by the sender.
Exchanges
They know that you may not need the items you have purchased for some time; at least not until your little one arrives! Please ensure that you check the order within the 30 days returns period and notify them within that time-frame if you wish to return for a refund or exchange.
