Post Buddy Shopping Information
More About：Post Buddy
The family business based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, first began in the Phelans' back garden when a broken fence post caused their fence to lean. Wayne did not relish the thought of digging out and replacing the damaged fence post. He knew that existing products on the market made for solution, Wayne, a former Development Project Manager, came up with new ideas on how to fix a leaning fence...and Post Buddy was born.
Both Wayne and Gaby committed themselves to their new business venture and Gaby uses her experience as a PA to ensure Fence-Aid's customers receive top quality service. Together Gaby and Wayne continue to grow and develop the company.
Orders are processed by their excellent fulfilment partners, who are able to ship to locations across both countries.
Fence- Aid is continuing to grow and export will hopefully soon expand to other countries.

FAQS about Post Buddy
Q1: Will the Post Buddy system work on fence posts which are not set in concrete?
A: The Post Buddy fence post repair system is specially designed to work on fence posts which are set in concrete. The existing concrete base acts as a solid anchor for the Post Buddy system to grip to. Post Buddy do not recommend the use of Post Buddy system on posts which are not set in concrete, as Post Buddy cannot guarantee the post will be properly fixed.
Q2: How do I drive the Post Buddys into the concrete base?
A: Post Buddy fence post repair stakes are designed to be driven into the ground between the existing concrete base and the post. Provided the installation instructions are followed correctly and the Post Buddy stake is driven in angled towards the fence post, it will go into the wood of the fence post, not the concrete. The concrete base stays fully intact and actually acts as a solid anchor for the Post Buddy system. To better illustrate this please view Post Buddy instruction video.
Q3: Why is there a MAX line on the Post Buddy?
A: The Post Buddy stake should not be driven into the ground further than the MAX (maximum) line. Driving it in beyond this marker would not leave enough of the Post Buddy above ground to secure to the fence post.
Q4: What if I cant drive the Post Buddys in as far as the MAX line?
A: The Post Buddy repair stakes need to be driven in to as near the MAX line as possible. However, when you get to the point where it will go no further, that means the stake has found enough anchor to re-fix the fence post.
Q5: Can I buy Post Buddy in the shops?
A: Post Buddy is currently not available in any shops. Purchases are through this website only.
Q6: Tell me about delivery?
A: All their stock is held by their Order Fulfilment partner BOXstation, based in Leicestershire. When you order from their website, the stock is picked and packed in their warehouse, then shipped by DPD. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 1 -2 working days to within mainland UK and 2 - 3 working days to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands.
Once dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking code so you can keep a check on the progress of your shipment. For full details please see their delivery policy.
Q7: How much is postage and packing?
A: P&P is a flat rate of £6.95 for anywhere in the UK, except Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands. The cost of P&P to these areas is £11.95. The amount of postage due will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
Q8: What is your returns policy?
A: If you want to cancel your order, you must contact them by email to [email protected] . You have up to 14 days after the date of delivery to do this. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notified them, in which to return the goods. Returned goods must be unused and, ideally, in their original packaging. If the original packaging cannot be used, please ensure goods are packaged securely and are well protected, to avoid damage in transit.
You must include a note, stating your full name, address, and order reference number. Returned goods are checked thoroughly. Items not returned in their original state will not be refunded.
They will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods at their warehouse. (Please note, that they reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds, if they fall outside the cancellation period specified above) Send your return to their returns department clearly marked "PRODUCT RETURNS"
